HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

 

I haven’t made a New Years Resolution for years because I never ever keep them but this year I resolved to lose at least 25 pounds in the coming year. This will be my “Journal” to keep track of just how I am doing at keeping that Resolution!! I have needed / wanted to lose 20 pounds for the last few years. When I was living back home in Robinson my weight fluctuated between 115 and 120 pounds. I moved to Missouri in August of 2006 .. I quit smoking in March of 2007 .. and very quickly gained 20 pounds!! Zoomed right up to 140!! I moved in with Ken in January of 2013 .. weighing around 140 pounds .. I now weigh 152 pounds .. I actually hit 154 pounds shortly after Christmas but am now fluctuating between 152 and 154. Ken has also gained a lot of weight since we have been together so we are both going to try to change our habits and lose weight .. it will help that he is working on it also!!

Chuckling .. you might recognize that paragraph as the one I started this blog out with waaaaayyyy back in the beginning of 2014!  I certainly did NOT lose 25 pounds that year ..  in fact .. here we are in the last month of 2016 and I still have not lost that 25 pounds .. LOL!!!            I've got to do some brain work to figure out how  to put  the picture
